Angelle Business Overview

Angelle Concrete Group, LLC is a leading vertically integrated supplier of cement and ready mix concrete serving the Louisiana market. Founded in Jennings, LA in 1947, ACG has grown through acquisitions to establish a network of 28 ready mix facilities serving both large and midsized cities and rural areas in contiguous markets in southern and central Louisiana. Through these operations, the Company produces a balanced mix of residential, commercial, and highway/infrastructure applications. Utilizing its scale and strategic location at the base of the Mississippi River, the Company began to vertically integrate in 2000 with the construction of its first cement terminal. Today, ACG operates cement terminals in Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, and LaPlace.

Over the past decade, ACG management has developed an aggressive growth strategy and made significant investments in the Company to capitalize on its position within Louisiana. This strategy involves (i) increasing ACG's regional concrete density within existing markets, (ii) expanding its concrete operations into adjacent markets, (iii) entering the cement importation business and establishing a terminal network, and (iv) developing critical, strategic relationships to help support the Company's rapid growth. ACG has accomplished the following by implementing this strategy.

Since 1998, ACG has completed seven acquisitions more than doubling its annual concrete volume

In 2000, ACG constructed cement terminals in Baton Rouge and Lake Charles, LA and began importing cement from overseas producers

In 2005, ACG constructed a concrete plant in Alexandria, LA to expand its presence in the central region of the state. During 2005, ACG also acquired a stake in Village Sand, Inc., which provides 100% of the Company's sand needs in the Lake Charles region

In 2006, the Company expanded its Baton Rouge cement terminal by installing a new docksider with a capacity of 350 tons per hour, therefore increasing annual capacity

In 2007, ACG completed the acquisition of Delta Concrete Products, a ready mix provider located in Baton Rouge. The Company also constructed a new cement terminal in LaPlace and a new ready mix plant in Baton Rouge.

In 2008, ACG purchased the exclusive licensee rights for Louisiana to sell SuperSlurry^TM, a patented product of TXI. SuperSlurry^TM is the newest process for cement stabilization that employs a liquid method of applying Portland Cement stabilization for road bases, foundations, etc. SuperSlurry^TM is an environmental friendly alternative to cement stabilization. TXL's patented SuperSlurry^TM process bonds soil particles together resulting in decreased permeability and increased structural value and compressive strength, with the environmental benefits of virtually dust-free placement far superior to common dry cement applications.

In 2008, ACG purchased two portable batch plants with central mixing capability to capitalize on the plants' portability and paving capacity.

In 2011, ACG purchased the assets of a long tenured aggregate producer in the southern portion of Louisiana to further enhance its verticlly integrated strategy. As a result, ACG is the only regional vertically integrated building material supplier in the State of Louisiana.

Additionally, ACG has embarked on a mission to introduce new products and services to the market such as the ability to sell and deliver architectural and colored concretes. The Company is also expanding into the arena of large state highway projects by adding portable paving plants to its asset mix and key personnel with extensive experience in these areas to its team.
